Desperate Times, Desperate Measures . . .

If it's been a while since you've had toddlers in the house, then you've most likely forgotten the joys of it all.

We've had to resort to yet another "Bubba proof." We've got the cabinet locks on all lower cupboards, door knob covers on the garage door, pantry door, food storage door, and sister's door. Now, thanks to the Safety 1st brand, we've even got a clip for the refrigerator. Yes, it is a pain to get in and out of the fridge, but now Tommy can't be in and out of it twenty times an hour, either getting into the eggs or retrieving the chocolate milk . . . again!

I used to laugh at Shari when she had to put a bungee cord on her pantry doors to keep Ty out--guess those laughs are coming back to haunt me.

And I bet Safety 1st was founded by a mother with a two-year-old, and the premise wasn't safety, as it would sound, but rather her own SANITY!
