You might think this flower arrangement was sent for my birthday. However, you, too, are sadly mistaken. It was sent to "Thomas" from his two dentists (regular dentist and the oral surgeon), both of whom treated Tom last week.Nice thought I suppose, but a little weird?! Two men sending another man flowers? No wonder we have to pay so much for the stupid implant!
