Side Note

So I will try to play catch-up soon about Grandma Connie's funeral and the trip to Oregon, but for now, a side note.

When you live in AZ and plan to leave the house for a few days, DO NOT turn off the air conditioner! Instead, turn it up to a cool 85 or 90 degrees (um, honey, isn't that what I suggested?!). We got home on Wednesday evening to a house that was 103 degrees! It took us nearly twelve hours to cool it down to 79 degrees. We had melted butter, melted chocolate, and even melted Pottery Barn candles! Gotta love summer in Arizona:)
