Impersonator

I didn't have my camera handy for this one (of course), but it was too funny.

Last week we (Tom, myself, Sam, Tommy and Lynsie) were at a JoAnn's craft store. We were browsing through some of the Halloween decorations and came across masks. Tom had been holding Tommy as we walked up and down the aisles. Tommy was just looking around and not paying much attention to what Tom was doing. That's when Tom slipped on an Obama mask. Tommy didn't notice at first, but did a sudden double-take and shrieked out in horror. I rescued him, we laughed and laughed, and Tom took off the mask. Once he realized it was just Tom, he was good again.

That's when Tom proceeded to put on a Hillary mask. Once again, the same scream and look of horror on his face. We laughed again and Tom took off the mask. Then Tom went for the McCain mask. By this Tom, Tommy was starting to catch on, and didn't make too much noise.

So, you might ask, what's the morale of this story? Well, Obama and Hillary are just down-right scary, McCain a little bit scary, but the lesser of two evils. Even a two-year-old can figure that one out.

P.S. Once Tom held Tommy again, the poor little guy kept pinching Tom's face to make sure it was really him! (Mean, I know, but you should see what he used to do to the nieces and nephews on Halloween--I think they were terrified of him until they were 5!)

This whole political thing is such a mess. I'm scared too and don't even care to watch the stuff on T.V. anymore. You're right, it's so bad that even a 2 yr. old can figure out!
